Tea Anyone?

Hello & welcome to my first beauty brands review blog!

I flaming love all beauty products whether it be makeup, skincare or haircare.

I love them that much that I became an Ambassador of Acti Labs, The Body Shop, Younique and FM World.

Now though I am pushing aside the 'selling' side of these businesses as truth be told I am not a good sales person nor any good at building my own team.

But I do however LOVE to use, wear and share the love of a flaming good product.

My favourite place to share the love and get the love returned is Instagram!

Here is my link to follow me and I shall follow you back > https://www.instagram.com/i_am_elqmua/

So here we go my first review!!

My hair is let's say pretty much fcuk'd thanks to self destruction of many years of dying, stripping, dying, stripping...
Honestly I am so very surprised I still have any hair left on my head!
So please young un's for goodness sake DON'T DO IT!!!

Anyway I am now behaving myself and leaving my hair to it's own devices (including all the greys) grey hair is still in right?

So last year August to be exact I decided to cut all my hair off...I had an undercut at the back and one side and the other side left long...

It looked AWESOME!!

But me being me and fickle within 2 weeks I started to hate it..

I thought 'ah maybe a different funky colour would make me feel better?'
No, no it did not if anything it made me feel worse!
I went from a gorgeous blonde to a burgundy purple..

But it was a semi permanent colour so I thought 'ah get a hair stripper Emma all will be good again'.

No, no it won't Emma you applied that stripper with all the hope in your heart to get your blonde hair back and what happened?

It turned fucking turquoise in places and light pink in others!!

Shit I am 33 years old way too old to be rocking the rainbow look if I had been a few years younger I think I would have carried that look off...

So what do I do and what is my only option...
Hair dye to the rescue AGAIN!

Back to brown to make sure everything colour of the rainbow is covered.
Well as you can probably guess my hair was ruined.
Drier than the sahara desert..
Plus it started falling out BIG time!

What did I do?
I kept hacking off my hair for months so it was getting shorter even though I regretted having it cut short.

Fast forward to now it is growing back better, I had to keep cutting the one side to grow out evenly with the undercut side so it's taken some patience and tears.

Now I have a short jaw length bob, in better condition, but still in poor condition due to having the ends blonde again to get a ombre look.

So a Facebook friend was posting about The Body Shop 'Fuji Green Tea' Hair Scrub.

The post was hilarious and really grabbing and I thought 'oh my I or should I say my hair NEEDS to try that!'

So I received it yesterday and last night I tried it!
All you need is a teaspoon sized amount which you mix with a bit of water and massage onto your wet hair/scalp.

Now at first you think 'hang on a minute this is not right, it's not lathering, it's not like a shampoo' but you just keep massaging it in and it begins to lather.
Now I concentrated on my roots and brought the product down to the lengths and did this for a couple of minutes.

It smells lovely, very refreshing and invigorating and leaves a lovely fresh, tingly sensation.
After rinsing I did however notice my hair was very dry and course in texture, but I always have to follow up with conditioner.
I used my own conditioner and after applying and rinsing my hair was super soft and sleek.

I let my hair dry naturally as the hair dryer is not my hair's best friend and woke up this morning to super soft hair!
Once straightened my hair was even more softer and alot more manageable.
I would love to see just how much better my hair would be by using the Fuji Green Tea Conditioner too!

So if your hair is in need of some TLC, it's softness has done a runner and it's like taming a wild lion then I recommend you give this product a try.
I am feeling my hair as I type and it's the smoothest and softest it's been since a child :)
